Terry Saunders

Terry Saunders grew up on a farm in rural, northeastern NC. Her love for the outdoors, close proximity to beaches, local art, and love of the community have kept her here. Her goal is helping people achieve "The American Dream" - homeownership. She delivers consistant customer service, goes beyond what is expected, and helps empower people to have a better life.

Terry has been a REALTOR® for over 30 years. She formed Town & Country Realty Group with her partners in 1993, opening offices in Elizabeth City and Moyock. In 2001, William E. Wood & Associates purchased both offices, and Terry participated in that purchase. Terry has won Top Listing/Top Sales Agent of the Month many times during her real estate career, also achieving Real Estate Agent of the Year for the Albemarle Area Association of REALTORS® (AAAR). Terry has attained the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Representative (SFR). Terry is a past President of AAAR and has served on the AAAR Board of Directors several years.
